The Countdown – one month, three days….

With all the dread and stress of exams over ( for the year), I can now get excited about the adventure ahead. We have all three completed our vaccination regime (yay!) and can  focus more on check lists, expenses, Facebook, the website ( learning WordPress), business cards and other forms of publicity in order to get our cause out there, to link to the web of like-minded organisations and individuals in New Zealand and around the world and to basically get down to .

Introductory Blog

As a child, I ploughed fervently through the school library, absorbing all things animal in a flurry of wonder and fascination. One of my favourite authors was Gerald Durrell, and a book about his trip to Madagascar remains my most memorable read.
